We’ve all been there… redeye flights, long layovers, overly salty airport food. Traveling is absolutely wondrous, don’t get me wrong, however it can definitely be tough on the body! On my last trip to Colombia we had a 7 hour layover midday (nothing to complain about I know)… so what's a girl to do but roll out her yoga mat?! I actually did.
Knowing this might not be everyone’s airport style… I came up with a quick and easy sequence of my favourite yoga poses where you won't need a mat or even yoga pants… although, I highly advise wear only the most comfy of comfiest clothing for flying!
