How it works!

STEP 1 BOOK YOUR CLARITY CALL:

Book your free 30 minute Clarity Call over skype/facetime/phone call and we will go more in depth about that program, any questions you may have and take an honest look if this is the best fit for you

STEP 2 SELF-INVESTEMENT:

This is an educational investment you’re making in yourself! Nothing can beat that. You deserve a quality program with one on one attention so you can be your best self!

STEP 3 Getting started:

I will send you an intro package to make the most out of our first call. We will be to set goals and focus for our time together. We will come up with a custom daily practice to get clear on your goals and design plan that will work to get you in motion towards a healthier you!

STEP 4 HUSTLE AND FLOW:

Every week for 8 weeks we will have 1 hour calls and you will have "homework" to accomplish before each call. Each week we will check in with your goals, plans and routines and give you all of the best practices and resources. We will continue to modify and tweak your practice for what you need and as things that comes up.

STEP 5 THE BIG PICTURE:

Once we have you where you want to be we will set up a three-month plan to ensure you’re continuing reaching your goals with the practices and tools you’ve now have! You will have new-found confidence and motivation in your abilities and the self-awareness to get yourself through pretty much anything.  


Objectives:

·       Assess current wellness routine and current habits

·       Get clear with your goals and the changes you want

·       Create a realistic plan that will allow you to feel more in control of your daily stresses and in alignment with your desired       lifestyle

·       Create a practical and personalized self-care routine focusing on internal and external self-care.

·       Package of resources that you can continuously use to align your self-care practices.

·       Other possible topics discussed are nutrition, hydration, sleeping patterns and immune system boosting


 

Time commitment:

1 hour per week of one-on-coaching via skype/facetime/phone call

Around 15- 30 minutes of home practice a day.
